Hattick reviewed

I have been playing this game called Hattrick it is a soccer, or football if you are non-american, simulator. I have been playing this game for a long time now, I started playing it back in 2001, and had to leave for a two years. Well I decided to go back to it early this year and have realized how much I missed playing this wonderful game.

It general takes about 3-5 days to recieve your team once you sign up. Once you do recieve your team you get to decide everything that goes on with that team. What players you are going to train, what formation you are going to use for example. Now your formation is deterimed somewhat on what you are going to train so that can be one thing out of your control if you wish to do a proper training program. They also started a university program for new users. It takes you through the process and helps you learn the game. Quite useful for the newbie that just finds this game by hapstance.

Besides this they have a nice supporter feature where you can help support the game, you get some nifty features that help with the game experience and does not give you any undue advantage, well maybe you do get an advantage as you can join other users in Federations and learn from them. You do however have to put that knowledge to use. Besides the federation feature, you can choose your own game kits, model your stadium and give players their very own number.

This game also has a large community, upwards of a million players actively playing the game, Every country is represented as well as larger cities. Giving you plenty of options to play as close to your home as possible. I really love that about the game.

This game has a lot of what I look for, great community, great help files for the newplayer, not to easy and definetly not to hard to get the hang of nice balance.

I give this game 4 out of 5 and really recommend it to any soccer fan or just anyone looking for a game that doesn't require you to spend hours a day to get anywhere.

Plit games reviewed

I have been playing a few games at PLIT Games the guy that delevoped the games calls himself Wolverine on the site. His real name is Peter Lindstrøm. The site is fairly straightforward and basic as far as websites go. His games are fairly run of the mill and really are not that special in terms of orginality. They are however well ran, I have been playing there for about 4 months, besides the occasional lockout (I have not paid for a sponsor account so I do not get exclusive access to the server) the games run smoothly and are well thought out. You can choose between Four different games. They are and not in any specific order:
1) Virtual Online Wrestling
2) Adventures Fame
3) Strive for Power
4) Space Conquest
5) Gang Wars

Virtual Online wrestling has the largest player base out of the 5 games, In each game you get to choose a character, in the case of Strive for power you create a party of 5 adverntures, the games are decently balanced between usablity and diffuculty level. There is a great manual with each game that makes learning it a breeze as well as helpful players in each and every game. If you are looking for a new game online and do not wish to pay an monthly fee for it then I recommend this site.

Overall I give this gaming site a 3.5 out of 5.
